Betwen fee cuts and increasing insurance and running costs most solicitors simply do not have the money to pay trainees. Afterall why pay a trainee when any true work done by them is prone to mistakes which would lead the firm into a boatload of hassle and trouble. Hiring them to simply make tea would not work because social justice warriors demand TRUE work for threse new hatchlings. Sorry, that's a fact.
