Hear! hear! Anon 12.23 an adaptation of the CICB would be fine...and if these Masters of The Universe claim £72,000 for prosecuting a £3,500 claim then it cannot come a day too soon if you ask me...and they will only have themselves to blame.

It is a bit like the old Green Form Scheme where abuse by some solicitors caused the whole thing to be withdrawn.
