Would it also be considered having feedback from parents/natural parents/grandparents and any older children who have had real life experiences as a consequence. Not sure if a court order would be needed to be first sought from Family Court by ones who believe they have potentially suffered a miscarriage of justice, but where ones have collaborated evidence believing they can really substantiate it would this not too be a helpful important part of the proposed research. It is important to hear from ones who have experienced the system who have not been working from 'within' the system too.
