I fail to see how they are recovering an average of £1000 per case. In the reported cases, the claimant recovered modest sums resulting in success fees that ranged in the hundreds of pounds.

As JG Solicitors are monitoring this thread, it seems appropriate that they should address readers’ concerns as to their practices. In particular, how are you sourcing this work? Mr Carlisle was previously asked this on several occasions and provided no satisfactory response.
