Accountants’ claims experience is nowhere near that of solicitors.

I rest my case. .."

I was completely screwed by a place person (so called Solicitors Firm) for a PII Insurer.

There was no point in me having insurance.

Most of my Sole P mates say the same(off the record of course).

It would have been better for me to have a proper Legal Expenses Policy (that PII policies actually are even if the PII Firms don't accept that they are (for the purpose of the LEID 1990)), enforced by the FCA (which they at present are most certainly not but have become mere market capture vehicles for the Solicitors arms of PII Brokers).

And Frank rather than pompously 'resting your case...'

Have you ever wondered why Accountants have less claims when their insurers properly fight liability and have to go after the work to ensure they don't get a bad name for under-settling?

Scruff.
