Greedy claimant lawyers continue case that judges say should have a trial!

What were the NHS or their solicitors thinking of? Mind you, I am looking at a bonkers and very low value case where the NHS wants to rack up the costs and I'm saying we should keep them low. I wonder if they will argue proportionality and unnecessary costs at assessment....
