Another lawyer with integrity who reminds us all that the court is a forum for justice not a dry "compliance" tribunal.

Grayling and others in their rush to privatise access to justice and the Land Registry appear to have forgotten this fundamental feature of our centuries old legal system.

Please will the leaders of the Bar and the Law Society make their presence felt with the public on these issues before we become like less happy broken states with no justice at all?
