As a consumer you may not be aware that the company is unregulated. Clients of "Professor" from East London (Anon 6.11.18, 17:56) were not aware he was not even a lawyer. It is the vulnerable who will suffer (immigration clients, for example) as they will go for the cheapest quote. Don't assume that everybody is a corporate client with research facilities and English their native language.
