It will become quite irrelevant when the CLA kicks in as LIP's will struggle to use it. Notable that this was a system pushed for by insurance/defendants which took away the ability for claimants to instruct competent, reputable experts. Any doubts or questions could be raised under part 35. Now it's a lottery with some reports literally just changing the name and prognosis duration after a 5 min appointment.
