Anon 17:00 - I work for a CILEx regulated law firm where a Fellow of CILEx pays for PI and generally takes the personal and commercial risks so that others, including a solicitor, can draw their pay cheques. so it's not just solicitors. I fear you're a little out of touch with your own profession.
