Is this all that these people can think of? I can think of a lot better things that the English legal system can and should spend their time on. What does it matter that some judges get to dress up and go to church once a year? It is more important to our society that they spend the rest of their year dispensing law, and hopefully justice, efficiently and fairly.

Mr Fisher and his fellow authors may wish to turn their attention to some of the more important challenges to our legal system.
