G4S made a several million pound miscalculation for the Olympics. The shareholders paid for that one. Sooner or later a QS practice will be asked to act for a Mrs. Young. I wonder how QS will quote for that one. I think I can work out who will pay for it.

And someone is paying for all that advertising, professional business advisers, W H Smith fiasco and all the rest of it. That has to go onto the bill somewhere, fixed fee or hourly rate. Why should their clients have to pay for all that? Or do the partners pay for it out of their own pockets.....
