Yes. There are schools and other public bodies paying £1000s of taxpayers money, with judicial connivance, by way of 'compromise agreements', to hide reprehensible behaviour by one side and injustice to the other, some of which, like the NHS cover-ups and suppression of whistle-blowers, would rightly cause outrage. And the only thing our, supposedly incomparably incorruptible, judges swear to do is 'justice'. Why on earth has government, ever eager to save money, not outlawed this?
