3000 words? I would have thought that far less would be more than sufficient. I personally do not litigate enough to be able to provide anything cogent or forceful enough but there must be many who do and I would urge them not to be backward in coming forward. For my own part I think the whole principle is self evidently flawed and I am still awaiting Lord Jackson's detailed analysis of exactly he he intended it to work and how, if it did, it would actually improve anything at all.
