I believe Jackson is a sheep in Woolf's clothing. He has opened a Pandora's box in his attempt to outfox Woolf and is now desperately trying to put the lid back on it. But it won't go, will it, Jackson? And just imagine how much the Mitchell decision is going to cost this profession and its insurers. Could do better is my verdict on your valiant, but alas unsuccessful attempt to rewrite the rule book. Why do people like you feel they have the necessary divine inspiration to improve upon that which has been built up over centuries by piecemeal adjustment?
