Something about bears and woods comes to mind.

Why does anyone still pretend that low value PI claims is anywhere near professional practice? It's just a huge scam, manipulated by lawyers, claims managers, medical agencies, credit hire firms etc, etc, - and insurers themselves - to line their own pockets, with the `victims' merely an irritating vehicle to carry the claim.

It's frankly obscene, particularly when its proponents come out with their hypocritical comments that it's all about the poor, vulnerable client - pass the sickbag Alice.

It's about time we adopted a no fault scheme, and had the lawyers and all the other parasites removed entirely from personal injury work.

And yes, I'm a solicitor who spent many years working as a claimant PI solicitor in the days before it turned into a massive scam.
