Well, there you go. Several hundred years of empirical development, a system that essentially works and then you get a body of politicians who decide that they can find someone to come up with a whole new idea. Then 15 years later, they decide to do it again. It could be the NHS. But no, it's the Civil Justice System. Only the British Civil Service can cause so much mayhem and walk away with its pension intact.
Unbelievable, really. And....it was all our fault!
