Mmmm. I recall the days in the 1960's when if you had your top button undone even in the magistrates courts you would be told "I can't hear you"! It's about standards not all the drivel that previous correspondents have gone on endlessly about. Even wearing a red nose on "Red Nose Day" was frowned upon.................!!!
