That's the problem. I no longer know the name of anyone at my bank.

As I don't want to borrow off them and I don't want to buy any of their `services' they aren't remotely interested in me.

They are also probably wary of contacting me as the last time they did so I gave them my `frank and forthright' views on the iniquity of their paying 0.1% p.a. interest on a client account which frequently has a 7 figure balance.

This distant relationship suits me fine, but it makes it impossible to comply with the recommendation.
