But how on earth does someone earning as little as a provincial criminal lawyer afford to pay for this professional advice? It seems to me that we have come to the perfect storm. The average practitioner outside the big city firms now has to spend so much on compliance of one form or another that it is impossible to have enough both time and money to be able to afford to do so and to make a living.

I'm off to The King's head before I can no longer afford to do so. And BTW I might just male a few pints in legal advice while I'm there. Since my recent move it takes me less than one minute door to door.
