On the other hand we still get the oppressive conduct of sending a demand for information out of the blue sometimes after several months. They usually give 7 or 14 days to respond even though they or the client has sat on it for ages. They will give longer but we are expected to ask for it and explain why. We are still not told exactly what the client has complained about nor are we shown the client's letter (if any).
