Sorry to disappoint you, Sam, but I regret to say that I have not read your book. But I shall try to do so. Anyone with an ounce of common sense can see that our system of litigation is like trying to swim through bubble gum. There are so many points at which a litigant with a perfectly good case can come a cropper. And then when you get to court the case can be decided by a judge who got out of the wrong side of the bed, or even the wrong bed, or who was a bit, shall we just say liverish, on the day? What sort of a justice system is that. And the time all this nonsense takes!

Anyone landing here from Mars would say we were quite insane. And they would be quite right. And as for democracy! How can it be right that 4m voters end up with one, yes ONE, MP???
