John, it is impossible to know what the Tories would have done had they been in power. But just listen to the speech the late Charles Kennedy made to the anti-war rally in 2003. And then listen to the words of Robin Cook in his resignation speech. And then read Claire Short's autobiography about the lies even the cabinet was told. And then study Jack Straw's recent remarks in the HofC in the debate on the publication of the Chilcot enquiry. And finally have a look at the words of Sarah Wilsmhurst, her last sentence to that enquiry when asked what she thought of the decision making in no. 10, or should I say one word, "lamentable".

Prior to the war lots of people were saying it would be a mistake and illegal. Afterwards everyone was saying it was a disaster for this country and for Iraq in particular and the middle east in general.

But you can't tell Labour anything. They know the answers to all the world's problems. The sooner they vote Jeremy Corbyn in as their and themselves out of existence the better.
