Anon 04.57 (why is everyone anonymous, by the way? No confidence in your views?) No legitimate reason for assuming the previous is a Parking Eye troll, whatever that is. He/she has expressed a legitimate point of view. Those who pay their way properly do have a gripe if someone who doesn't gets away with it. On the other hand, the suggestion that the actual fee is grossly excessive is also legitimate.
