Its a complete farce. Get rid of it immediately. It is nothing more than a data collection tool for insurers. Why are individual experts having to tell medco what the prognosis is that they gave in their reports? Why has the doctor which my firm formerly used to instruct regularly never appear in any of my searches? Wake up and smell the coffee claimants. The best course of action is to boycott it.
