A justice system without lawyers creates a greater demand for court resources and takes up more of the judges' time. So, we will need more Judges, who are lawyers. So the lawyers who will lose their jobs can be judges but again, the poor old tax payer gets a bigger bill. Bit puzzled how video hearings help reduce demand. Surely that only affects travelling time and cost.
