What was the question? Oh yes, the reduction in legally aided parties. In? Oh yes, family cases. So, who deals with the bulk of family cases? Oh yes, DDJs and DJs. So we'll talk to the Circuit Judges. Who deal with what? Appeals and high value cases? I think you have to get to the end of a case first before it is appealed; in HVCs they can afford to pay so would not have qualified for legal aid anyway. Let's not get to the truth by asking the wrong questions, the wrong people, and certainly don't mention the delays or length of time to even get an application heard or final hearing date.
