The problem with any negative QS story is that it gives solicitors the opportunity to say that marketing law firms doesn't work or isn't required. To suggest that the only form of marketing that works is great client service leading to referrals is nonsense. Direct marketing, ppc, seo, content marketing, pr, targeted advertising, professional networks and business development i.e. sales all work when applied correctly!
