This is shocking and depressing. The government is clearly not concerned about genuine victims of road traffic accidents and the solicitors representing them.

Has Osbourne considered the affect this will have on solicitors who practice personal injury. I think not. Many solicitors will lose their jobs and will some will struggle to find a job in other areas of law having practiced personal injury only.

I would urge everyone in the legal profession to come together (regardless of which area of law they practice) and raise their voice. It's time to show unity. Right now, the government is being ruthless to personal injury solicitors. It may not be long before other areas of law are affected.
