At a time when the Government has just increased court issue fees massively to cover the costs of running the courts, what are they going to do when the drop in issued personal injury claims leads to a huge shortfall in their budget?

I assume the MoJ will be going to the Treasury to ask for more money to cover this loss which was caused by the Treasury's decision to increase the SCT etc......
