Ahmad: I am the anonymous who but a P in your name for which I apologise!

1. Many hotels are now authorised places for marriages; Muslim money is as good as anybody else's and Muslim marriages could be held there. Or like many other people you could have a civil marriage first - which is the real legal marriage - and then whatever religious ceremony you like wherever you like; the Marriage Act 1949 allows for that procedure. Civil marriage first please so that you really are married and have the certificate to prove it.

2. But no, you most certainly cannot expect the law of any part of the UK to tolerate bigamy. That's a serious criminal offence in this country whoever you are; and the "marriage" is void. If you do it abroad and you are a British citizen the same applies, and if you are not a British citizen but are domiciled in one of the British jurisdictions the "marriage" is also void. Muslim communities in the UK are going to have to bite that bullet and abandon polygamy.

3. You mention the Batei Din and Jewish law. Now, by Jewish law a man may marry his niece (although it is rare) but none of the Jewish synagogal organisations will authorise a religious marriage unless the parties are also going through the civil side, and of course that means declaring that you are single and that the parties are not within the prohibited degrees - as defined here. The effect is that no such marriage can take place in the UK.

4. And finally: yes, Jewish inheritance law is as you say sexist and unfair. Like Muslim inheritance law it was written by men (and I mean men!) of another era and is not fit for purpose now. But it does not matter; because if you are Jewish and die domiciled in one of the UK jurisdictions your estate will be distributed according to the Administration of Estates Act 1925 as amended, that is by the applicable law. Nobody has tried to apply the Jewish law of intestacy in this country for centuries past. If you want to prefer your sons over your daughters, make a will in that sense.
