Look at the knots caused by the Medco system which eventually encompassed all soft tissue injuries because of the difficulties of definition. There are a lot of claims, not just motor claims that come under a wider soft tissue definition and basically underscore the fact that the law is not intended to be for the benefit of the ordinary man but reserved for celebrities, politicians and Russian oligarchs.
