Raynor Goddard...01:49 am. What makes you think I was not being serious? I am looker at the bigger picture rather than the plight of PI litigators. You get rid of the lawyers first then you can do pretty much what you like! The fear of losing real professions is not just some "elitist" thing...it is a fear of the end of real civilisation because what follows then is the law of the jungle. Whereas this may not frighten the "lions, tigers and hyenas" of course - they would of course relish that prospect (and could always afford their own personal airline pilot or pilots (and fleet of aircraft) and suite of consultant physicians), but for the vast majority of us, it would be a living hell - this paves the way for anything other than a free society. A free society has to be preserved by a real sense and application of sound ethics - not just by a drive for power, power, power and profit, profit, profit by those who don't care how many men, women and children they have to tread on and flatten in the process as long as they can keep on amassing their fortunes and their powerbases.
