This is absolutely barking mad! The man is mad, stark staring bonkers. Does he really think that the only thing that is determinative of the amount of costs incurred is the value of the claim?

Let me quote from the keynote speech of Mr Justice Flaux , who I am told is the judge in charge of the commercial court, at the commercial litigation conference on 5 October.
