"So why did she not get Legal Advice and Assistance for such a Public Law case?"

She wasn't aware - and when made aware she asked for that help - which seems to have been ignored.

How can you not be aware? The right to such advice is plastered all over the Courts.

"I am led to believe that (a) She didn't like the advice or (b) didn't want the advice of Solicitors/Counsel."

I am not sure who led you to believe this - I don't believe she ever got that far. That's what the MF was trying to do, get enough information to point her to the right place for help.

Again, the right is plastered all over the Courts. More likely she took advice and didn't like it.

"Your client clearly wasn't a suitable client to begin with, IMHO."

It's a moral dilemma isn't it and an emotive one?

No it isn't. It would have been more conducive for you to have left this alone. Let her speak to the Judge. They can then signpost her to Legal Aid providers if necessary (or other sources).

And to be fair, though it is a separate argument here. if a MF supports the "..many legal professionals, "

And your authority for this?

"...MP's and MEP's views on Forced Adoption .."

They are either not lawyers or practised a long time ago. They have also undertaken a deliberate campaign of denial of justice to the vulnerable. Why do you cite them as authority ? And, indeed which of them do you cite as authority?

"...Forced Adoption is an international embarrassment to UK Family Law. "

And of course is also necessary in some cases, and some form of state intervention is evident throughout the EC and the rest of the world.
