To everyone else, I pretty much echo the same. Litigation is expensive not because lawyers are inherently expensive (they aren't really, on a per-hour basis, to trades or other professions); it's because it takes so long to do it. The more they simplify the process, the cheaper it will be. Adding layers of oversight and compliance makes it worse. Getting rid of judicial intervention would probably be a huge start.
