Again Neubergers ascertains are all Hog-wash as we do have a Fixed Constitution in their country called England, which cannot by any means be amended or repealed as its vast history and the manner in which it was formulated made sure that it was 'SET IT STONE'.

And another point that I would like to make is this.

If judges as Neuberger states are in a better position than the executives to investigate matters, then can somebody please tell me why the hell I have just received a letter back from the L ORD CHIEF JUSTICE, stating that he cannot get involved or even investigate a matter, where it is that I have just been forced to provide him with concrete evidence that BLATANT FRAUD is going on in his Courts and therefore perverting the course of justice?

Would Neubergers be so kind as to answer me that? Or I shall answer it for him
