Dear John, there are many more than 38 organisations supporting Access to Justice. Some wish to remain anonymous. We have a war chest to fund the campaign, but there are 2777 law firms practising on behalf of injured clients in England and Wales. £1000 only from each firm will provide a substantial fighting fund. This is do or die. The insurance industry has echoed a litany of untruths and misleading PR since before LASPO. The facts are there to show how they are misleading the general public and the government. We have the factual ammunition to make a difference. We are working closely with the Strategic Alliance and Thompsons and have had several meetings. If the industry (not just law firms) unite behind A2J, our Media Team will be able to fund an impressive campaign, which will demonstrate that there are other solutions, other than the decimation of legal rights for 60,000,000 members of the public in England and Wales.
