The government's actions remind me very much of the actions of a child. Basically, they want something because they want it. They know that their request is unreasonable and illogical but nevertheless they battle on because of a shady alliance with the insurers.

Unfortunately our professional bodies are doing absolutely nothing visible to attach these proposals and spread the word to the common man. By the time Joe Average has had an accident , picks up the phone to a lawyer and is told he can no longer claim, the laws will already have been implemented under his very nose because no-one told him that this would happen.
