Whiplash is a genuine injury that those involved in an RTA can suffer and if they do then they should be compensated for that injury.

Lawyers need to realise though, that the gravy train has pulled in to the station so no more charging insurers £200+ an hour for work done by a non-qualified fee earner. Costs of £250k to £500k each year for a PI solicitor were disgusting and are over.

However, credit care hire companies charging £300 a day for a vehicle that really costs £300 a week to hire should also be over. Insurers and CMCs selling claims and cold-calling victims of accidents should also be over.

The whole industry needs to go, not just PI solicitors!
