Has Mr Philip ever made a mistake? Perhaps he should have to disclose that publicly. Oh no, I might be giving him ideas for extra work for the SRA - its own register of mistakes, and one enforced for each solicitor to keep and make public for use by comparison websites. Why stop there - let's add health issues (all the rage in the US apparently), personal tax returns, sexuality etc so the public can compare absolutely everything.
