"Try mediation"

Funnily enough, tried to mediate my abh trial today by getting us all in a room together to have a 'chat'. Got arrested for witness interference. All my family law colleagues are falling over themselves to get their domestically abused vulnerable clients into a room with their abuser.

Mediation has a place, but this article is not about those issues. The fact you seem to think it is a cure for those ills in the article makes me think you can't recognise the times where mediation is and isn't suitable - something any skilled mediator would tell you is crucial.

In short you appear to be someone who knows very little about proper mediation and even less about the topics on which you post your bland comments. So bore off.
