I love these arguments that only 40% of those eligible to vote voted out. I recall reading a Facebook post by some British property developer living in Spain who didn't want out but didn't vote because it was a waste of time. Then the vote came in and he was upset.

That is democracy in action and if you didn't vote you abstained, and tough on you for the consequences. Now what will happen is MPs who are supposed to represent their constituencies will not do so and will debate until BREXIT dies a death.

Provided the debate centres on T&Cs there might be progress but if not there will be even more of a divide.
