The court has exercised its role correctly and demonstrates the effectiveness of our kind of government over that of the despot.

It is quite remarkable that those who objected so strongly to the arbitary exercise of ministerial power are now such staunch advocates of it. Issues of this constitutional magnitude should be debated in Parliament and voted on, not left to the whim of some self-serving politician who places their own career before anything else, including the country.

It is quite fascinating that those who believe we have 'taken the country back' from a an uelected elite now want to hand it to an unelected elite.
