There you go. This is what you get when you have a white flag waving Legal 'Profession'.

The "Practice Advice" Service have told me recently that they do not get involved with giving advice (or presumably doing anything active), only taking policy 'issues' (whatever they may be). ....

So you start allowing the suing of Barristers and Solicitors ad hoc, the carte blanche criticism of Judges and demutualisation of professional indemnity insurance (so that Insurers can simply close down the Legal Profession and the access to the Rule of Law), and I should have an explosive cocktail.

My view is that they should never have dumbed down, deregulated and allowed advertising on buses or maintenance and champerty.

But there you go, who am I to know?
