Once again the law society has let us down. It allowed and promoted the referral fee regime with the result that a massive industry came into existence promoting whiplash claims regardless if they genuine or not. The Government is aghast at public morals being subverted and frankly holds the law society in totally contempt and has little regard for solicitors
