What planet is this guy on?

I practice in Wales and the economy here is worse than anywhere else in the UK. No-one has any money to spend on legal services so fees are much lower, and most can't afford to pay anything.

My practice markets heavily in England as a result because we simply can't survive on Welsh clients alone.

What happens when Wales has it's own jurisdiction? There are too many lawyers for the work for a start, so the number will be reduced, and what about my practice that operates nationally? Will English clients continue to be happy to instruct a Welsh solicitor given that they will then perceive Wales to be a entirely separate country with entirely separate laws?
