I will end my comments by using facts that cannot be disputed. (1) Wales is governed from Westminster where 96% of MPs are English. (2) Wales suffers from peripheral neglect. (3) Wales exports natural resources and food being a rich country.(4) The official figures that show income produced by country and region are inaccurate. I worked for a UK organisation based in north east Engand. The tax I and others who worked in regions was paid in north east England and classed as income generated in that region. (5) The cost of running Whitehall is a UK cost. The income tax paid by the civil servants based in London is classed as income generated in London even though the money comes from acrosss the UK. There is also the fuel and alcohol duty paid by purchasers but classed as income where bought.
