10:46 that is a very negative outlook on the individuals concerned.

I suppose it is true of some but then this is true in every field of law. I would accept it is more true in factory firms churning the work through, but that is in part a consequence of the minimal costs leading to a requirement of an impersonal service and quick turnover.

But then, what do you as a punter want. Do you want a quick efficient and cheap service that gets the required result, or do you want a Rolls Royce service that you have to pay extra for. I can't recall a single client actually wanting to pay for anything and it is amazing how on customer feedback sheets the clients who have paid zilch still think they haven't got value for money.

But hey, everyone in my sector is tarred with the same brush. We're all milking the cash cow and living in mansions, driving Lambos and quaffing pink gins and champagne for breakfast.
