Plus they examine one file at a time while we might be trying to juggle half a dozen completions in one day with all clients armed with mobiles and laptops bombarding you with communications they want answering immediately.

And there is seemingly an army of solicitors out there ready to put the boot in even where there is no breach or contract or negligence...
